Clare Brown is Amber Homes’ Director of Home Sales. In this role, Clare serves as General Manager of our manufactured home dealership, overseeing all new home sales in four states. Clare is an expert in manufactured home design, permitting, installation, and sales. Clare oversees relationships with key partners including Fleetwood, Champion, Palm Harbor, Skyline, Marlette, Clayton, Golden West, Karsten, and Cavco. Clare holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Central Washington University. Clare is an outdoor adventure enthusiast who can often be found exploring the mountains and valleys of the Pacific Northwest.
Daniel Weisfield is a third-generation manufactured housing professional who grew up helping his grandfather mow lawns and paint fences at their family’s mobile home parks. Seeing the high cost of housing and the financial challenge that many people face in achieving their dream of home-ownership, Daniel joined Nirit Peer to provide top-quality homes at an affordable price and to help our customers build wealth through home ownership. Daniel holds a JD/MBA from Yale and previously worked as a manager at McKinsey & Company. His research on real estate and housing has been published in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Daniel is active in his community, and on weekend mornings you can find him teaching his young daughter how to ride a bike or a skateboard.
Yoel is a third-generation affordable housing professional who grew up helping his grandfather paint apartments and change carpets at their family’s rental properties. Yoel believes that business must be about more than profit, and in order to build a business that provides affordable housing and improves people’s lives while also generating a financial return. Yoel holds an MBA from MIT and a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University, and he is a licensed CPA. Yoel is an expert in mobile home park acquisitions, financing, and operations, and he is a licensed mobile home mechanic. Yoel is active in his community, and his dream is to start a non-profit organization in Israel that gives people from disadvantaged backgrounds the skills to achieve financial independence.
May Wong is Amber Homes’ Director of Finance. May has been with the company since 2005 and is fondly referred to as the “heart and soul” of the company. May is responsible for accounts
payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, insurance, and other essential functions. May holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary and previously worked at several technology companies in Silicon Valley. May loves spending quality time with her kids and traveling to Hong Kong, and she has recently taken up yoga.
Mary Englund is Amber Homes’ Director of Real Estate Operations. Mary oversees all of the company's regional managers and community managers, ensuring that we deliver top-quality manufactured housing communities that our residents are proud to call home. With more than 40 years of business experience, Mary is a jack of all trades and our in-house “operations ninja.” Give Mary a challenge and she’ll tackle it. Mary has owned and managed mobile home parks, construction companies, and a mortgage company. She has a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University. In her free time, Mary loves making jewelry and collecting broaches. She gives back to her community by coaching her granddaughter’s softball team.
Amber Homes’ Finance and Administration Associate coordinates accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, insurance, and other essential functions. She holds a degree in accounting and has completed coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, tax accounting, and payroll accounting.
Ashley Cole is an Amber Homes Sales Associate. In this role, Ashley assists with all aspects of manufactured home design, permitting, installation, and sales. Ashley has expertise in all of our product lines, including Fleetwood, Champion, Palm Harbor, Skyline, Marlette, Clayton, Golden West, Karsten, and Cavco. Ashley holds an Associates Degree from Seattle Central College. On the weekend, you can find Ashley cruising the West Coast taking photographs of the different views of the ocean.
